World Book Day

The Acorns and Maples made tarts under the careful supervision of the Queen of Hearts.

A little pink sheep appeared in Mrs Patel's phonics session!
I know who stole the Queen of Hearts tarts; Maple and Acorn class were seen eating them in the home bay!

Using our environment

We have been busy putting up lots of displays in the Early Years unit, these displays support and extend learning. Below K uses the song displays to help her sing the song 'Hickory Dickory'.
The words for this song are:
Hickory dickory dock,
The mouse ran up the clock.
The clock struck one,
The mouse ran down.
Hickory dickory dock.
Tick Tock Tick Tock.

Here T and L use the props to help them sing the rhyme Humpty Dumpty.
